When I have a hectic week my answer to de-stress is to get outside. For me, being outside = relaxation.
I was in Brownsburg one day the other week and stopped by this park and snapped a few photos. I don't think I've been to this park since I was a kid. FYI- if you go, there's a bit of construction happening, but it's no biggie, you can still easily drive to this area (in the pictures below) or park & walk. There are some picnic tables around...yes, something to remember on my next visit.
p.s. this spot above looks like an ideal place to practice fly fishing (I recently completed a fly fishing class (a total blast) and am getting ready to start another one).
