Hey there! I'm so thrilled about all of the Super Bowl 46 events. Aren't you? Indianapolis is getting all kinds of awesome publicity. I'm going downtown tonight and tomorrow to check out a few of the events. But- let's talk about a cooking event and it's happening on Indy's northside (for you visitors, it's so easy to get to Castleton Square). Food & cooking (& some shopping afterwards:)... I'm totally there and you should be too.
When & Where: Thursday, February 2nd, 6 p.m. at Macy's Castleton Square (Level 1)
What: Taste of the NFL cooking demonstration. You'll get to watch a cooking demonstration with Macy's Culinary Council Chef Marc Forgione (Iron Chef winner) and Indianapolis' Chef Greg Hardesty. The chefs will cook up some of their fave recipes and give you their ideas for game day dishes. Couldn't we all use a few tips and inspiration on what to serve for the big game? I know I could.
